1. مدة طلب الاستبدال أو الاسترجاع | Return & Exchange Period
العربية:
يمكن طلب الاستبدال أو الاسترجاع خلال 14 يومًا من تاريخ استلام الطلب، ويجب التواصل مع خدمة العملاء خلال هذه المدة لتسجيل الطلب قبل إرسال المنتج.

Customers may request a return or exchange within 14 days from the date of delivery. Requests must be submitted to Customer Support within this period before the item is returned.
2. شروط قبول الاستبدال أو الاسترجاع | Eligibility Conditions

يشترط لقبول الطلب أن يكون المنتج:
• في حالته الأصلية دون أي استخدام أو غسل أو تعديل.
• خاليًا من أي روائح أو آثار استخدام أو تلف.
• مرفقًا بجميع الملحقات والتغليف الأصلي وبطاقات المنتج (إن وجدت).
• غير مخصص أو معدل بناءً على طلب خاص من العميل.
تحتفظ ثريا بحق رفض أي طلب لا يستوفي الشروط السابقة.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must:
• Be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
• Be free from any signs of wear, damage, stains, odors, or alterations.
• Be returned with its original packaging and all tags attached (if applicable).
• Not be a customized or made-to-order item.
Thuraya reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange that does not meet these conditions.
3. المنتجات غير القابلة للاسترجاع أو الاستبدال | Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items

لا يمكن استرجاع أو استبدال المنتجات في الحالات التالية:
• إذا تم استخدامها أو غسلها أو تعديلها بأي شكل.
• إذا تمت إزالة بطاقات المنتج أو تلف التغليف الأصلي.
• إذا مر أكثر من 14 يومًا على تاريخ الاستلام.
• المنتجات المصنوعة أو المجهزة بمواصفات خاصة للعميل.

Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for:
• Items that have been used, washed, or altered in any way.
• Items with missing or damaged original packaging or tags.
• Requests submitted more than 14 days after delivery.
• Customized or personalized products made specifically for the customer.
4. المنتجات المعيبة أو الطلبات الخاطئة | Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

إذا استلم العميل منتجًا به عيب تصنيع أو منتجًا مختلفًا عن الطلب، يرجى التواصل مع خدمة العملاء خلال 48 ساعة من الاستلام مع إرفاق صور واضحة للمشكلة. في هذه الحالة:
• تتحمل ثريا جميع تكاليف الشحن.
• يحق للعميل اختيار استبدال المنتج أو استرداد كامل قيمة الطلب.

If you receive a defective item or an item different from what you ordered, please contact Customer Support within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos showing the issue. In such cases:
• Thuraya will cover all return and exchange shipping costs.
• Customers may choose between a replacement item or a full refund.
5. رسوم الشحن | Shipping Costs
العربية:
• يتحمل العميل رسوم الشحن في حالات الاستبدال أو الاسترجاع الناتجة عن الرغبة الشخصية.
• تتحمل ثريا جميع رسوم الشحن في حال وجود خطأ أو عيب تصنيع.
English:
• Customers are responsible for shipping fees when requesting a return or exchange due to personal preference.
• Thuraya will cover all shipping costs if the return or exchange is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.
6. استرداد المبالغ | Refund Process
العربية:
• يتم فحص المنتج بعد استلامه والتأكد من استيفائه لشروط الاسترجاع.
• يتم رد المبلغ بنفس وسيلة الدفع أو بأي وسيلة يتم الاتفاق عليها.
• تستغرق عملية الاسترداد من 7 إلى 14 يوم عمل بعد اعتماد الطلب.
• لا تشمل المبالغ المستردة رسوم الشحن الأصلية إلا إذا كان سبب الاسترجاع خطأ أو عيبًا في المنتج.

• Once the returned item has been received and inspected, the refund request will be processed.
• Approved refunds will be issued using the original payment method or another mutually agreed method.
• Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days after approval.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
