Shipping policy

Delivery Areas — Thuraya delivers to all governorates within the Arab Republic of Egypt.

Processing & Delivery Time — Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of confirmation. Estimated delivery time is 2–5 business days for Cairo and Giza, and 3–7 business days for other governorates.

Shipping Cost — Shipping fees are calculated based on location and displayed clearly at checkout before payment. Free shipping is available on orders over 850 EGP.

Order Tracking — Once your order ships, a tracking number will be sent via email or SMS so you can monitor its status.

Delayed or Lost Shipments — If your shipment is unusually delayed, please contact our customer support team. If a shipment is confirmed lost by the courier, Thuraya will either send a replacement or issue a full refund.

Address Accuracy — Customers are responsible for ensuring their delivery address and contact number are accurate at checkout. Thuraya is not liable for failed deliveries due to incorrect information provided by the customer.
