Pricing & Payment — All prices are listed in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) and include applicable taxes where relevant. We reserve the right to change prices at any time before order confirmation. Payments are processed through secure, certified payment gateways; sensitive payment data is never stored on our servers.

Orders — We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order in cases of suspected fraud, product unavailability, or pricing/description errors. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.

Shipping & Delivery — Shipping is governed by our published Shipping Policy. We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as courier delays or weather conditions.
