CARE
  • Hand wash or machine wash on a delicate cycle (30°C max).
  • Use a mild detergent and wash with similar colors.

REFUND & EXCHANGE

Returns or exchanges can be requested within 14 days from the date of receiving the order.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must meet the following conditions:

  • Be in its original condition, unused and unwashed.
  • Be free from any damage, defects, or signs of use.
  • Be returned with its original packaging and product tags (if any).

Items that have been used, washed, or customized according to customer request cannot be returned or exchanged.

If you receive a damaged item or an item different from your order, please contact customer service within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of the issue. In this case, Thuraya will cover all shipping costs, and the customer may request either a replacement or a full refund.

For returns or exchanges requested by the customer for personal reasons, the customer will be responsible for shipping costs.

Refunds are processed within 7 to 14 business days after the returned item is received, inspected, and approved.
